Many of our watches are limited production or small batch releases.
Product images, renders, and descriptions are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from the final product due to manufacturing tolerances.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are used to fund small-batch production.
Estimated delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to manufacturing, logistics, customs, or supplier issues.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Prices do not include taxes, duties, or customs fees unless explicitly noted.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders placed under incorrect pricing.

5. SHIPPING

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, outlined below.

7. WARRANTY

Our watches are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage from misuse, impact, water exposure beyond rated depth
Unauthorized repairs or modifications

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

REFUND POLICY

We stand behind our products. That said, we are a small-batch watch brand, and our refund policy reflects that reality.

1. ALL SALES FINAL – LIMITED EXCEPTIONS

All sales are final unless one of the conditions below is met.

2. ELIGIBLE RETURNS

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery only if:

The watch arrives defective
The watch arrives damaged
The incorrect item was shipped

The watch must be:

Unworn
In original packaging
In original condition

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

Pre-orders (unless defective)
Normal wear and tear
Buyer’s remorse
Damage caused by misuse, water exposure beyond rating, or impact
Strap wear or cosmetic aging

4. PRE-ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

Pre-orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
If a pre-order is canceled before production starts, refunds may be issued at our discretion minus processing fees.

5. REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Claims must be filed directly with the shipping provider.
