Warranty Information
All watches are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers mechanical defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a mechanical issue arises during the warranty period, the watch will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at my discretion, at no cost to the original purchaser.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, water damage beyond the stated water-resistance rating, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or unauthorized repairs or modifications. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Each watch is carefully assembled and inspected before shipment. If you believe your watch has a covered mechanical defect, please contact me directly with your order details so the issue can be evaluated and resolved promptly.
Returns
Whether you're purchasing from a showroom or online, your experience should be exciting and stress-free. We're confident you'll love your watch, but if you aren't completely satisfied, we'll make it right.
Once your watch arrives, you have a 20-day trial period to wear and enjoy it. If it isn't the right fit, you can return it for a full refund. Simply send the piece back to us; once we inspect it to confirm it's in working order and free of cosmetic damage, we will process your refund immediately.
